You can choose from the various options for sending accepted confirmation of requested appointments with competence to meet your customers’ expectations. The system allows you to customise the settings according to your personal and customer preference. The available methods are:
- Both (SMS and E-mail)
To send the notifications for accepted appointments follow:
- Navigate to the Calendar from the navigation bar.
- Choose calendar notification from the settings navigation
- Then under the notifications set Requested appointment is accepted to on
- Now you can see the options to send confirmation notification by SMS, E-mail, both or none
- Click on SMS to send confirmation notification through SMS.
- Select E-mail to send confirmation notification via E-mail.
- Pick both to send confirmation notification by SMS and E-mail.
Simply choose none if you do not require to send any confirmation notification.
